Sherwood Park, AB – Travis Ulliac pitched a shutout and Richard Thompson scored five goals to help secure the Sherwood Park Knights a victory in a 15-0 trouncing over the Stony Plain Flyers at Randy Rosen Arena on Friday.

Adding markers for the Sherwood Park Knights was Dustin Verdonk and Michael Samoil with a pair of goals each and Brayden Stauch , Steven Minckler, Derek Hutton, Blaine Hutton , Justen Konski and Braden Duncan with a goal each. Stauch , Steven Sanche and Dan Rudd each added three assists, Minckler, Jeremy Cowan and Clark Adcock each added two assists.

Goaltender Mike Brown made -15 saves in the loss for the Stony Plain Flyers.

With the victory, the Sherwood Park Knights improve to 29-5-0-2 while the Stony Plain Flyers fall to 1-32-0-3.
