Edmonton, AB – Jake Oviatt scored a goal and added two assists as the North Edmonton Red Wings extended their winning streak to four games with a 6-4 win over the Morinville Jets at Londonderry on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the North Edmonton Red Wings was Julian Perepelecta , Dylan Knapton, Charlie Moses, Brady Kulak, Riley Birmingham with a goal each. Oviatt added two assists. Goaltender Axtyn Spence turned aside 33 shots for the North Edmonton Red Wings in the win.

Striking for the Morinville Jets was Ethan Dechamplain with two goals and Adam Mueller and Bryn Soetaert chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Kyle Nelson made 29 saves in the loss for the Morinville Jets.

Kulak added an empty-netter with 1:00 left in the third period to seal the win for the North Edmonton Red Wings.

With the win, the North Edmonton Red Wings improve to 4-0-0-0 while the Morinville Jets fall to 0-2-0-0.
