Spruce Grove, AB – Steven Sanche scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Sherwood Park Knights extended its winning streak to six games with a 8-2 clobbering over the Spruce Grove Regals at Spruce Grove Agrena on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the Sherwood Park Knights was Richard Thompson and Michael Samoil, Matt Ketsa, Liam McAllister and Dustin Verdonk contributing with a goal each. Brayden Stauch added four assists and Thompson added two assists. Goaltender Brett Lewis turned aside -2 shots for the Sherwood Park Knights in the win.

Cashing in for the Spruce Grove Regals was Ryan Benn and Aaron Letourneau each adding single tallies. Goaltender Cole Saunders made -2 saves in the loss for the Spruce Grove Regals.

With the win, the Sherwood Park Knights improve to 18-7-0-0 while the Spruce Grove Regals fall to 20-3-0-3.
